Refund policy
1. Overview
At BOOST BREW, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the consumable nature of our products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Unopened and Unused Products Only
We can only accept returns if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot process returns for products that have been opened or used.
2. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns or offer refunds after this period.
2. Damages and Issues
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@boost-brew.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

3. European union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. How to initiate refunds
If your product meets the above criteria and you wish to return it, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us
Send an email to our customer support team at hello@boost-brew.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Return Authorisation
Once we review your request and confirm the product is eligible for return, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
3. Ship Your Item
Pack the unopened product securely and send it back to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
